The Final Transformation!
                         O Hai guyz!
                         It's time to finally get myself together and get cut up! The last Double-T contest went alright
                         but I did not do near as well as I would've liked it to, and I finished 4th place in the women's category!
                         The plan this time is to take 1st.
                         My Before pictures are available for full-size viewing in my Bodyspace!

I can say this cleanse thing I'm doing SUCKS... Let's just say it begins with an "Oral Enema" - and no, I'm not talking about vomitting.
Got my workout done, so far so good, feeling good. My gf took some pictures during my workout, and one in particular from the end I will be using as a motivational picture..:

Yea, I'm digging the right alignment right now for some reason lol
When I start logging my workouts it'll look pretty cool.
And I like to keep things easy to see/read... no formatting whatsoever gets kinda boring, so gfx, colors, different txt/formatting.. keeps it interesting
Feel free to take what you'd like from my log but I'm keeping some secrets to myself haha
ANd yea, just day 1, I'll be lookin better in 2-3 weeks FOR SURE. I have no doubt.

haha nice! Yea, I haven't come across any other Nova Scotian's yet, but one dude from PEI and one gal from NB. I tried to check out your bodyspace but it said it was inactive, was wondering if I knew you haha.
It's pretty sweet that you're an SNS rep!! That must be a nice gig lol
Best results I can, but I have a few specific goals in mind I've had for a while.
I want to be very fit looking (preferably 6pk) by April 1st; At this time I want to deadlift 300lbs (1RM), be shoulder pressing 100lbs, bench press 150lbs, squatting my bodyweight to at least parallel, preferably more... I also gotta get my knee up to 100%. It's been getting better but I'm still not confident with it. My football season starts around March/April so. gotta get in top shape for that!
BF% goal is 12-15% whatever looks better
Since I hold fat mostly in the ass/thighs, I think I should be able to have a fairly defined 6pk at 15%. I hopezBluePrint Believer!

The detox/cleanse I'm doing is something a few people I know around here have done before, but to find the specifics I had to go online and I'm pretty much following this:

Yea, it may be useless or something, but, it's working pretty alright for me right now. Test of mental strength if anything haha... and I failed a bit last night but not too bad! Could have been way worse... trying to get it right today nowBluePrint Believer!
