I don't have access to my bbq at the moment, how long and what temp do I cook 5 lb's of chicken for?

not really, are they bone in? a whole boneless chicken breast takes me about 10-12 minutes on each side, faster if you cover it.
coat them in olive oil and a little mustard/crushed garlic and/or spices & set them in a hot lightly oiled stainless or cast iron pan (if you use nonstick you'll ruin the pan)
dont try to move/flip them too soon or they'll get torn up they'll start to pull away from the pan when its time to flip them.
If they've got the ribs on them still they'll do alright in the oven spread them out so they're not touching though & maybe cover them loosely with foil for the first 25 minutes, should take about 45-60min for large breasts
