I was doing good and hitting PRs since week 1 and after week 2 new PR again. Then............. I jerked off abit and got sick since its winter and made me immune system lower rested 4 days. Back in the gym today and just doing machines and body weight exercises staying away from dumbells more like i cant lift dumbells lol. So i m gonna be with MACHINES for 1 week and back to PHAT. Like safety joint taking break? Is 1 week enough? PHAT is kick ass high volume and blew ur ass off. Or should i just stick of normal bodybuilding routine like chest tri , back bi , shoulder traps, legs? Or back to PHAT? I am more like intermediate trainer. Been training 1 year already so i know the basics well.
