Yeah, REFINE and RE-FORGE are for building muscle. With my reduced calorie diet, I wasnt sure if they would help me build or just maintain the muscle I had.

Just wondering, re-forge should be taken just on work-out days or a 30 day cycle?

dont take this the wrong way, but what kinda contest are you preparing for with 23% bodyfat? if you just bulked you ate horrifically, thats gonna take months to shed.
Progress comes to those who train and train; reliance on secret techniques will get you nowhere.

    Talking Finished :-)

Finished my supply of REFINE and RE-FORGE, couldnt be happier with the results. I lost bodyfat while maintaining and adding muscle. I can see more viens in my arms, chest, and legs even when im not working out too. The best part is that I can see definition and some seperation in my obliques and upper abs, just in time for Spring Break :-) Overall REFINE and RE-FORGE are two great products to use together. If you use them to build muscle you WILL add quality muscle mass your frame in 30 shorts days. If used to cut bodyfat, you WILL loose bodyfat while maintaining the muscle you worked hard for. REFINE and RE-FORGE are not the new miracle pill so you cant eat whatever you want. Keep your diet clean, cardio moderate, workouts harcore, and you'll have a new body in 30 days.

A few questiions...can u continue to take reforge and refine or do u need to stop for a few weeks after each cycle? Do u take it every night or just on workout days? And would u recommend taking sizeon along with reforge nd refine as well as whey protein?

No, you dont have to cycle off REFINE or RE-FORGE. I only took REFINE on workout days, but I took RE-FORGE every night. I would recommend taking them with just a whey protein of your choice since the have alot of the same ingredients as Size-On.

I started taking Re-Forge two days ago and last night i had the craziest dreams, i woke up scared as hell. Re-Forge def works though so its a price I'm willing to pay.

Im about 6'0 155lbs. and started using the rebuilt system,

basically I understand what everything is but the REFINE, one of the techs at GNC basically told me it helped you lose weight by burning calories?? is this true?
Obviously I am trying to gain muscle mass, my percent body fat is very very low, not trying to lose weight. Should I take REFINE?

    Thanks guys

If your body fat is already low I wouldnt take REFINE, unless you need the extra energy to get through your workouts

I've started Re-forge 5 days ago, and I am loving the sleep effects. Within 1 hour from taking it, I feel really heavy and ready for sleep. Not as if you took a benadryl or such, but mainly heavy sleepy and very relaxed. When I wake up, I slept so hard that my eyes are actually hard to open. I do not feel sleepy or drowsy. I do feel dehydrated and in need of water on waking up. Sometimes I'm dehydrated in the middle of a hard sleep and wake up needing water.

Dreams depends on the person I guess, because I've had some really good dreams and a few dreams that was almost nightmarish. I like my dreams now that I notice I can have them again.

The first night I took this stuff, the day after I felt super good all day long. The second day wasn't the same effect, probably cause I didn't need the sleep as much as I did the first night I took it. From there after, the waking up morning effects because to become less noticable.

I don't do any of those special measurements and stuff, and not to sure how to do those anyhow... I just go by visually looking at myself in the mirror works best. In the past 5 days, I have visibly changed shape. I've noticed from day to day how Re-forge is helping me change shape.

I have read somewhere, where someone took Re-Forge for 3 months straight, then dropped off Re-forge and felt alot of side effects from dropping off it. Since I'm worried my body would not be able to recreate its own DHEA, I'll plan to cycle this stuff at 8 weeks on 4 weeks off. I've read a few places where people have stopped using Re-forge and have noticed theirselves become weaker than before they started, and after 6 months never able to recover back to where they was before starting re-forge. So, I do not like to take things like that lightly. I'll be cycling this stuff just in case.

I also have bought Ravage and I am disappointed. I got a free trial of it and loved the trial, but when I went to take Ravage after the re-forge sleep, it was Half as powerful as the trial! I guess they make the trial version more powerful than what you buy in the store so that you will go buy it. ? Does not make sense, because you can take it back within 10 days for a refund. I'm thinking of getting my refund and finding something else to take. I'm immune to Jack3d at this time, so I need something else. I do not want to take NoExplode either. I'm thinking of muscletech's NoVapor.. not sure though.. the bottle of it was amazing the last time I took it. I wonder what the powder will do.

Anyhow.. I just wanted to give my 2 cents worth.

I took the 3 pill serving of refine before my cardio workout this afternoon and was just starving afterwards. i haven't been that hungry in forever. Does anyone think this is my body telling me it will be unhealthy to loose any more fat?? I am at about 5.5-6.5% body fat now. I am 5'11'' - 5'11.5'' and weigh around 154-160 lbs, and I don't think it is healthy for me to loose anymore weight. Any suggestions or feedback??? I just want to get my supplementation into perfect form, so to speak. Thank you guys for listening! ~ Hoss

Head over to Lean Gains (google it) and read there. Martin Berkhan stays around 5.5% BF or something year round and doesn't suffer from hunger.

I hear that kind of hunger is common for that BF %. I wouldn't know...
