    1st Workout

So I pulled my hamstring and couldnt complete my leg workout. Got through the first 3 sets of squats before I had to switch to leg press. As far as the effects of Re-Forge and Refine go I didnt notice anything. By the end of the week once its builds up in my system, I should start to feel something.

    Pros and Cons so far...

Its been 4 days since I started taking GNC's Beyond Raw: Re-Forge and Refine. The good news is that Im getting through my workouts in less time, and dont feel as sore the next day. The bad news is that im having these really vivid nightmares, when I normally dont. But I like horror movies so its like I get to star in one every night lol.

    Beyond Raw

My friend is currently taking BR Ravage and is getting some pretty solid pumps which surprised me because I haven't heard much about this line. Have you taken anything you can compare these products to?

I would compare the pump I get to USP Labs's Jack3D. I get the same muscle pump, but the energy boost isn't as strong.

thats interesting i was going to pick up these products today at gnc but decided to restock on jack3d instead. look forward to seeing how these work out for you, GNC Re-Forge in particular interested me but upon reading the ingredients I wasn't sure if it was worth it. Couldn't find any reviews on it either I guess because its a new line but ya good luck let us know how things transpire

    Nauseous Feeling

Taking GNC's Beyond Raw: Refine on an empty stomach is not a good idea. The last two days I took it without eating and I felt nauseous. I usually take Refine with a glass of milk or some peanut butter crackers and feel fine.

    Smile Muscle Pump

The "Vaso-Boost System" from RE-FORGE is finally in full effect. It took a little over two week, but now my muscles are full and firm all day and night long :-) Im still having vivid dreams, no other side effects so far. With REFINE, I have more that enough energy to complete my workout (weight traing and light cardio at the end). I take REFINE about 20 minutes before working out and it kicks in after my second exercise.

When do you take your RE-FORGE? Before bed as it is recommended?

And are you going to run something for post-cycle with reforge or is that not needed?

    Pre-Contest

RE-FORGE claims to be "the first product of it kind specifically designed to feed rock hard muscle with a potent surge of ingredients to combat unwanted exercise-induced catabolic factor". Im hoping this statement is true because its the second week of my pre-contest diet, and want to keep as much muscle as possible. I just took my measurements and bodyfat% again so I can track my progress better.

    WEIGHT- 209 lbs
    BF % - 23%
    ARMS - 14.5 inches
    CHEST - 40.2
    HIPS -41.8
    WAIST - 38.1
    THIGHS - 24.6
    CALVES - 14.7
    FOREARMS - 12
    SHOULDERS - 49.7

Not to be rude but I hope you're not really 23% fat with those measurements because You will lose some size from arms and such, leaving You looking very, well, stick-like.. but best of luck and keep up the log

Edit: can u please post up your diet as well?

I took my BF% and measurements into consideration before i started cutting. I set a realistic goal of 15% BF (around 17 lbs weight loss). Im not looking to win right now, just want to get some experience and make sure this is something I want to stay dedicated too.

    DIET:

    1st meal 1/2cp oatmeal, 1cup Broccoli, 8oz Chicken brst

2nd meal 1cup Brown rice, 2cup lettuce, 8oz Chicken brst

    3rd meal 2cup Broccoli, 8oz Tilapia

    4th meal 2cup lettuce, 1cup broccoli, 8oz Tilapia

5th meal 8oz Chicken Brst and 10 spears asparagus

    6th meal 8oz Tilapia, 10 spears asparagus, 12 almonds

1 gallon of water a day
    No sugar at all

this, add some peanut butter, or whole milk, or avocado in for some healthy fats. or just use a supp like Animal Omega, but you need more fat.

Question Is To Much Energy A Side Effect?

I have stopped taking the recommended 3 pills of REFINE and gone down to just 2 pills. The recommended 3 pills just gave me too much energy. I wouldn't get jittery, my heart was just beating to fast. Taking 2 pills of REFINE in the morning, before my cardio gives me enough energy to make it through my morning cardio AND evening workout, without any side effects.

With REFINE, I have more that enough energy to complete my workout (weight traing and light cardio at the end). I take REFINE about 20 minutes before working out and it kicks in after my second exercise.
The reforge is a cross between test booster and test support. The first few ingredients are ZMA which would explain vivid dreams, otherwise it could be the GABA. GABA slows nerual impulses making it like a natural ******. I take it in lieu of melatonin because its non hormonal but sometimes take them together. Other benefit of GABA is has been shown to naturally increase growth hormone and helps release fat from fat stores.

    Talking Progress Update

Workout and diet with REFINE and RE-FORGE are going great. Im still pumped and energized for every workout and cardio session. So far REFORGE is doing what it claims, by providing my muscles with a "...potent surge of ingredients to combat unwanted exercise-induced catabolic factor". Week 3 into my pre-contest diet and I havent really lost any muscle size, ive actually gained in some places. Down an additional 2 lbs. and 2% bodyfat.
