So my mom took my whey protein sacks at night and threw them away while I was sleeping. I know, sounds ridiculous... and now she is keeping track my money so I can't buy more.
To the point, I'd like to know what kind of good post-workout drink you can make without those powders. I'd appreciate your help!
Thanks!

I've had similar problems too.. lol but not as extreme as throwing my whey away
get some chocolate milk, or milk with cereal
also you can pack a whole food meal - chicken or tuna sandwich!
dont allow this incident to stop you from doing what you want to do buddyIIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health
