    Exclamation Homemade post-workout shake?

So my mom took my whey protein sacks at night and threw them away while I was sleeping. I know, sounds ridiculous... and now she is keeping track my money so I can't buy more.

To the point, I'd like to know what kind of good post-workout drink you can make without those powders. I'd appreciate your help!

    Thanks!

buy those liquid egg whites, they've been pasteurized so you'll absorb the protein but its kinda gross and your farts will be deadly, payback for mom!

Blend up a chicken breast with gravy. Throw in a couple ice cubes for crunch.

I've had similar problems too.. lol but not as extreme as throwing my whey away
get some chocolate milk, or milk with cereal
also you can pack a whole food meal - chicken or tuna sandwich!
dont allow this incident to stop you from doing what you want to do buddy
