To the guys that say yes, simply the lack of mental stimulation will drive you guys fuking insane. You can't compare this with the hippie guy in the mountains as in the mountains you can explore and do ****.

To people saying $1m isn't enough.
Lets say your salary is $60k, frozen from age 20. It'd probably take about 30+ years to accumulate a mill as long as you save and invest like a mofo.
Plus, if your job sucks then 1 year in solitary would look like a disneyland option.
Yea you wouldn't be able to retire but it would change your life significantly.

STOP AND THINK FOR HALF A SECOND YOU FOOLS.
You're not nearly as mentally strong as you think. You'd absolutely go crazy in this setting. The amount of money doesn't matter. It could be a trillion dollars- it's worthless once you get out and you're insane.
If anyone remembers the detailed story about the guy who did 2 years in prison (posted here a few times)- he had to do a week in solitary and he at least had the bible to read for some stimulation.
He said it pretty much completely fuked him up. When he got out after the week, he was threatened with another week and said he was either going to kill himself or all the guards because he wasn't going back in there.
This scenario is absurd. It's some David Blaine type endurance sh!t that NONE of you could actually get through.Los Angeles Crew

to everyone who thinks they're mentally strong enough for this sort of stuff, go sit in the corner of a room for two hours doing absolutely nothing
if you even make it, you'll end up bored as fuk
doing that a couple thousand times in a row (1 yr = 4380*2hrs) will simply make you go insane since your mind has nothing to doI rep back

lol @ people thinking its easy.
Try sitting in your room for 2 days straight and see what happens.
You might think its not bad. Ok take away your internet, your tv, and your phone.
Its literally a blank room. You wont be able to do anything but sit there and think, eat 3 times a day and sleep for 365 days!!
I wouldnt be able to do it.

I disagree
this would probably be a cakewalk for me, id do it for 500k probably. Establish a routine and time flys (no matter how simple your routine is)
bodyweight exercises, sleeping, eating, wacking off etc would fill your days. I can easily sleep 13 hours a day without doing anything (srs)[A]LPHA [B]EARD [C]REW
