I've been doing HIIT or power walking more-so lately. I've been told and read that it's much better for the body; I'm inclined to agree as I've been reading more about paleo-lifestyle. I only run (other than HIIT sprints) if it feels good.
I pray with everyone, lol; I'm sure many people probably think I'm nuts. . I'm not worried about it. . The woman I was referring to is someone I anticipate working with at the church.
How is the Holiday season going for your congregation? Do you feel you will be able to reach the members in need at this time? I believe you will. . God bless.------------------------
