Life has been really busy lately, and I'm just now catching up and taking in the last few entries. Par for the course.
Anyway ...
I was noting several entries where you noted discontent and unhappiness, and seemed a bit puzzled. It's risky to "diagnose" from afar, without knowing someone in person, but when has that stopped me?
You've accomplished a LOT, hit some big goals and others seem in sight. Graduating was a huge goal, which is the culmination of years of work. You're working and getting experience in your field. The brain says "Everything is going great, I've accomplished a LOT, and am continuing to make further progress." I'm a very analytical person, and if anyone could be happy based on rational calculation it would be me. But I've learned that there is always a lot going on under the conscious surface that is not very susceptible to logical argument.
You've been working so hard for so long, and this continues with little or no break since your graduation. You have conflicts about your love life, and probably feel somewhat constrained about moving forward in that area until other things (including where you'll be living) are settled. You still have uncertainty and the need to continue to perform, including a new job. The brain says "it's going according to plan", the subconscious thinks "when can I just relax". Anyway, I think that at least occasional depression is not just understandable, but predictable.
None of the above is likely much of a surprise to you, and I think the quoted entry indicates that you understand. But maybe it puts into words, somewhat more clearly, what I think you do understand about yourself. Tell my secretary to set up your next appointment in another 2-3 weeks.
I have no great rationale for this, but I'd probably complete and submit a new application, then contact them and say "Sorry, I accidentally submitted a partial application. Please ignore in favor of the completed one submitted later."
If it's like most businesses, it'll probably be reviewed by people in HR, then if it seems of interest passed on to the real decision makers. So the really important people will likely never see or know about the original mistake.

Well dang, sorry about the DMV issue. Like you need more complications in your life since it's not busy enough now. Hopefully you can get it worked out without a suspension. I wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't drive.
Heh, thanks. Well, I'm not a psychologist or counselor.
I actually work in IT, for a large international firm that does outsourcing and consulting. Most of the time I work for one very large outsourcing customer. We host major applications for them in our datacenter, and the group I'm with does overall management of certain servers and applications (ERP systems if you know what that is), plus has technical expertise in several areas. Sometimes I also get to consult with other clients. Last week I was out at a client doing some initial technical work and also got to be the main customer contact before turning things over to one of our overseas colleagues to do the rest of the work. I especially enjoy using my technical knowledge and creativity to come up with solutions to problems or needs.
Being analytical in general is probably more a matter of my personality and nature, rather than of training or background.Internet Weightlifting Expert.

Hello
I must apologize for being absent in your journal....I haven't been to my journal either.
I am thinking of starting a new one on Saturday.
I started a new workout/diet plan with a PT whom I hired his services for building lean muscle.
I think of you everymorning and i will read your entry for the day.
I wish you well in all your efforts. You're much inspiring to me
God Bless ♥
Have a great day!In this world, there is Real and Make-Believe. To fear is one thing. To let fear grab you by the tail and swing you around is another. ▪█──────█▪

Good morning. Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. I (and pritch) have been very busy with a huge promo for Beta-Cret.
I hope everything is going well. I found Liftin's observations interesting. I hope you are feeling OK. You are doing great from this viewpoint. My current log

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Wednesday
I enrolled and start classes Monday. I feel like there aren't enough hours in a day. School, work, studying for boards, gym, family, friends... everything is great, I just need to find a way to manage it all better.
As is always the case lately, I am blessed and stressed.

I don't know much about nursing, but I'm really good at that one. If you decide to really give in to your inner overthinker I can probably give you some tips.
BTW I spent about 3 hours at a DMV station today with my son, who was getting his learner's permit. It didn't really contribute to the waiting time, but the clerk didn't know the rules for ID to bring that are posted on their own web site until I argued with her and she finally got the ok from her boss about what I'd brought. Made me think of your DMV issue, whatever it is. I hope it gets/is getting resolved.Internet Weightlifting Expert.

HI
So sorry for being absent in your journal.
I've been absent from bbing.com as well.....I've been doing a lot of work on ********.
I have hired a PT to help me with my goal of building lean muscle.
Ruben Sandoval is a nutritionist, who also sets up speicailized workout/diet plans for people (all kinds of people) (not just bbers).
Iam excited to work with him....so far he and his team of FTBIYK (Fit To Be In Your Kitchen) has been soooo wonderful.
I am not journaling at the moment....but I did recenly post in the Female Section of Female Bodybuilding General Chat Forum under "First Time Bulkers".
this expains a bit more of my goals : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post824866801

Busy Busy you are
I applaud your super efforts, very inspiring.
I am stilll in thought of pursuing a new line of work (carreer?)

My main focus is putting Emily through college the fall.
We recently vistied her school last week....she had a tour of the school and dorms...and she brought home Many applications for scholarships to apply for.
She took a scholarship test that day we visited *crosses fingers*
Emily is Soooo Excited to begin her schooling this fall.
she will be job shadowing at out local Veterinarian Hospital next week....she will have hands on (or eyes on) experiacne with what She will be doing once she graduates from Veterinarian Tecnician School.
Much respect to you and your contnued effort of the love of your carreer and all of your lifes experiances!!
♥
God Bless You, Always!
