Some people itt callout frauding, because they never made good progress and apparently don't understand puberty.

YES he gained 50lbs in not a long time. Guess what, he's putting natural mass on too as he is developing into an adult. This should not be hard to grasp.

Solid progress OP, although I wouldn't cut if I were you. Continue to 215 and you'll look awesome imo.

you say 3-4 sets for each exercise, that means 3-4 sets incline db, 3-4 sets flat bb, etc..

so 16 sets total for chest?

It always varies. I go by how I feel. If I felt like I didn't do enough, I do more...

I appreciate it man. But yeah, I really haven't put on too much fat. Though the latest pictures don't do me justice due to the crappy lighting, my abs are still visible.
