*Wanted to make one of these for new year so..
- Turning 15 In couple of months.
- Wanna be able to demolish competition in my MMA class.
- Need to put on lbs preferably lean w/ some fat.
- Routine below: Got MMA and Abs on Tuesdays. Very light cardio + streching on Saturday.
- Diet mostly based around Chicken/Beef/Salami sandwiches, Egg-Fried Rice + low fat milk.
A.
Squats - 3 x 7
Bench Press - 3 x 7
Incline Press – 3 x 8
Lat Pull downs – 3 x 10
Dips – 3 x 8
Skulls – 3 x 10
B.
Deadlifts – 3 x 7
Powerclean – 3 x 7
O.H Press – 3 x 7
Rows – 3 x 7
Upright Row – 3 x 8
Barbell Curl – 3 x 8
- This year I need around 12lbs or muscle 3lbs fat. Next year another 15lbs and i'll be a happy b*tch.
- Routine will be switched to split in a few months, i need to regain alot of lost mass (10lbs).
- Haven't trained properly in 5 months so first two weeks will be light, then heavy training will be just in-time for my investment in a new 100kg weight set.
- Will post what i eat sometimes, my training and my MMA sessions.
PEACE and SUB up.

Yes in my city they let you fight at this age but they think most 14 y/o are pussys so we have head-gear on and extra padded gloves can't wait till I'm 17 though get to fight with no headgear. Get to dish out real k.o's.

I did MMA for a bit with Twae Kwon Do and Kyokushin Karate. I was thinking of starting again but I'm bulking and If I burn too many calories which MMA does then Itll be hard putting on that mass, good luck with it though its a great sport to be involved in.
