    Question Muscle Milk & Tribulus

Greetings all. I am 42 years old and have been working out at home for the last few months with free weights 4 times a week. I take muscle milk before and immedietly after my work outs. I have recently began to take Tribulus 3 times a day a total of 2250 mgs. Is there anyone out there that has had any success with these products? Any advice, suggestions,or comments would be appreciated.

Muscle Milk is the real deal. A little high on sugars for some in here. Not I....I have 3-4 hits a day and have been adding quality muscle without fat. Delicious way to keep protein at 300 grams plus a day. Another story for Trib. I know of no one who has Trib. in their little bag of tricks. Same for Yohimbe.

I have never taken Trib., but you will hear mixed reviews. Some like it, others say it's pure crap. I have used Muscle Milk. It has too many calories for me. It is also more of a slow digesting protien if I remember correctly (somebody confirm or deny this please), so it would not be ideal for after workout. You want to Whey protien after your workout. It digests and absorbs quicker. I am a Beverly International guy. I take Ultra Size(Whey) after workouts and Muscle Provider(slower digesting) for other shakes. Beverly products are pricey, but I don't mind paying the extra $$ for something I like and I see good results. My wife, on the other hand, doesn't see it that way.

Everybody's got an opinion on what they like best. Some based on price, some results, etc. Whatever works for you is what's best.

    Oops, I rambled there. Sorry.

I sometimes take Trib an hour before my workouts, and think I have a better workout when I do.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I've seen a single piece of serious research where tribulus was given to men who were undergoing weight training. There was no effect on testosterone levels or lean mass/strength gains. So, there is considerable reason to doubt the value of tribulus.
