20kg Barbell Military-press 10 reps / 3 sets
10kg Barbell upright row 10 reps / 3 sets
2.5kg Dumbell Side lateral raise 10 reps / 3 sets

Comment: I feel great after running, very relaxing. Took 15 mins of thinking to get outside there in the dark/cold :P
1 hour cardio (30 minute moderate running, 30 minute walking)
