Ive read that you flip fat and carb percentages, and leave protein the same. Also, you eat at maintenance calories.

Tailor your carb-up to your goals. If you need to lose a lot of fat, carb-up at maintenance calories. If you need to lose fat, but want to make sure you keep every scrap of muscle, then about 10% above maintenance. If you are looking for serious recomping, then about 20-30% above maintenance. For someone who is already ripped, you can go 50% above maintenance.

Take your target calories, and reverse the macros, so it's still 30% of calories as protein (the higher your cals, the higher the protein), fat as low as possible, and the rest of your calories as clean boring carbs.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
