best time of the day to take resveratrol

just bought resveratrol hoping to improve sperm count (working on kid #2), and perhaps get a few other benefits from it as well to improve my overall health and training. is there an experienced user out there who can recommend the best time of day to take it to maximize results and avoid any unwanted side effects (restlessness etc)? The supplement I bought is a powder form and contains 500mg per serving, 250 of the 500 being the trans type. Thanks for any advice.
