    Opinions on a couple of products...

    I've been looking into a couple of products for a few weeks now trying to determine which ones to use. As far as pre-workouts go, my all-time favorite is Jack3d. I've tried a bunch and none compare in my opinion...But i have not tried "Pre-Surge" or "Pre-Max". Any reviews/opinions would be helpful on those supps.
    For my post-workout, one of my favorites has been "Fighters Food", but i've been looking at "Pro Complex" and "Hydrowhey". Once again, any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

    I Think pre-surge is decent, but not the best. I prefer MusclePharm assault as my pre-workout drink, if im going to do an intra, its intra-bolic (i want to try intra-aid soon) and port workout i used the G N C wheybolic 60 protein and once in a while ill take MusclePharm recon post workout if i took nothing intra.

    I enjoy Fighters Food, only Nutrabolics product I actually would spend money on. PSU is stuch a stellar pre-workout, I'm assuming Pre-MAX is referring to Superpump MAX which I personally have yet to try, but am eager to. It seems to be a safe buy.

    Hydrowhey is too expensive and not entirely a worthwhile endeavor, ProComplex isn't too bad IMO.

    Fighters food is actually an OK post workout. I still prefer 40g of isolate, 10g casein followed by whole food 90 minutes later. Allmax Isoflex is awesome.

    Thanks for that link, definitely going to try out PSU. I've taken Isoflex and i liked it a lot. One of the best in terms of pure protein. I'm looking for a protein with more carbs though but thanks for lookin out
