Hey guys, the names Andrew.
I was wondering maybe if you could give me a recommendation of some supplements to take. Ive looked through all the stickies and done my research but id ike some live feedback. Alot of you guys seem to know what your talking about.
Im 17 years old, 6'1, 160 pounds. Right now ive got a bottle of Aftershock critical mass thats about half way done and a bottle of CEE Extreme creatine that ive just bought. Im currently looking to gain about 15 pounds of muscle ( i know its alot but im a teenager, its the best time to do it ), so if you could please help me out thad be great.If you have any questions let me know

oh c'mon man..you dont need those fancy designer creatines..just get your simple creatine monohydrate..get the cheapest one and look at the ingredient list..if it says "creatine monohydrate: 5g per 1 serving" get that one.
as far as other supplement stacks, get:
-a whey protein isolate or hydrolized whey. i recommend ON whey
-a good multi. animal pak is good
-omega 3 fish oil
-glutamine for faster recovery
-casein protein for bedtime so your body is constantly in an anabolic state (again i recommened ON casein)
-Waximaize. this is to replenish carbs post workout

dont waste money on casien son!!! jsut eat cottage cheese before bed!!
or dont bother at all..
all that stuff about body going catabolic is BS
just get some whey protein and eat healty.
dont put any of the otehr junk into your body esp pre work outs~!!!!!
altough fish oil is quite good ~~ u need drink lots of milk ~ and eat fruits for vitamins, its alot healthier than tablet multi vitamins~~

As a beginner, stick to WHEY, after 3 months of it cycle to jack3d.
Also amino acids, very important for muscle restorementIm a father now.

Diet/training need to be 110% before even considering a good supp stack.
