    How to lose skinny gut?

    I am very skinny, however my gut sticks out past my chest, and I want to get rid of it, but nothing I try works. I read that cardio, lifting weights and diet are the only way to get rid of it.

    I have a weight lifting class, so I lift 2-3x a week. I'm on the track and field team, so I get plenty of cardio, and since I run the 400-800m, I get both sprint and distance work in. I'm also part of the wrestling team, so most of the time I'm usually cutting weight and I get a heavy workout from that. Although my diet could be better, I cut weight pretty easily so I dont think I have to worry about that.

    Is there anything else I can try, or is it genetics?

    do you mean the cross country stomach? thats where your stomach/ribs stick out farther than your chest. cuz thats what i have. its not fat or muscle...just the way my body is built. im trying to do lots of abs and lots of chest to kinda minimize it. if anybody has any real solutions let me know
