    Abs on Off days. Sups?

    On my off days I like to do abs. I only spend maybe 20 minutes on abs, if that. Is it really worth taking anything for this?

    On my lift days, I take jack3d 45 mins pre, i sip on SizeOn during, and hit the Whey and carbs right after. As all of you know supplements are not cheap.

    tl;dr Are ab workouts too short of a workout to be using supplements on?

    Ummm no reason to take pre workout for 20 minutes of ab workout IMO. There isn't any need to get the caffiene fix from jack3d for abs alone. Ifyou wanted to get the creatine from it take 5 g of mono creatine, but that would be about it. I wouldn't even worry about the creatine to be honest with you.

    If I am going in just for something quick to hit cardio or abs. I just have a cup of coffee. Better than puttting 2$ in my gut for 20min.

    I personally would not (if I did) take a pre-workout supplement before just an abdominal workout.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    I always do abs and MAYBE cardio on off days, i hit them hard for 30 minutes....weighted, 12 sets of 4 exercises.beat em up.

    on my other days i do a little abs (3x10 unweighted leg lifts, 3x1m planks) at end of workout but never feel it.

    3x10 weighted side bends (45lb plate)
    3x20 situps (unweighted)
