2nd day taking it, yesterday took it in the morning so i didnt feel it i guess, but today i took about 3 or a little more than 3 scoops at 6pm now its 1230 and i cant sleep for ****. i didnt even really feel anything at the gym today and i crashed hella hard, i dont think jack3d is for me lol. got alot better results from N.O xplod

A lot of people have similar problems with pre-workout products that contain a lot of stimulants (Jack3d, 1MR, etc.).
If you would like to continue using Jack3d then I would lower the dose and take it earlier in the day. Ultimately it sounds like your best bet may be to look for alternative pre-workout solutions.Pro Strongman & Former National Champion

The rule I stick by is to not take a pre-workout any time after 4pm, and you certainly don't need 3 scoops of Jack3d, it's a waste of your money.
I personally just switched to Jack3d after taking pre-workout supplements for the last 2 years, and I think it is awful, it's the worst supplement I have ever taken. Try the hard to find supplements like NDS's Pump Fuel, or Purus Lab's Muscle Marinade. Those are my favorite 2 supplements, and you truly do only need to use the recommended dose. They are a little more pricey but for the results, they're worth it.

I always hate sounding like a jerkoff, but really... what did you expect man?
The half life is what, 6 hours for caffeine and 4 hours for 1,3? You would have less in your system if you drank a cup of black coffee and instantly tried to go to sleep. The best bet would be to try to sleep when you crash, but chances are then you'll sleep bad and could still wake up in the middle of the night unable to return to bed.
The preworkout fad of "feel something" kind of bothers me. If I have too much Jack3d, or 1MR... I start to feel it, which generally means sometime during the workout I'm going to go downhill, crash at some point, and feel like crap the rest of the day. If I take a reasonable about of White Flood or Presurge, I may not "feel anything" (all spun up) but I can have a great workout and head home to continue with the rest of the day.
Presurge is actually my favorite because I feel good and clean, not spun up and dirty.
Judge by your performance at the gym, not how you "feel" after taking it. If you want to take drugs, take drugs. If you want a preworkout, take a preworkout as intended.
