Well, my body adapts very quickly to these things. Actually, all stimulants in general. I used hot-rox and noticed a great improvement on my fat loss. However, I'm finishing my 2nd bottle now, and I'm very disappointed with the drop-off from the first to the 2nd. I admit that I was a little slack on my diet this past 3 weeks, but that doesn't explain how I can go from losing 15-20 lbs with the first bottle and almost nothing with the 2nd bottle.
But, it got to the point where my body was addicted, and I have to take that stuff just to feel NORMAL, let alone energized with a higher metabolism.
So, I'm thinking about rotating different fat burners, maybe starting with hot-rox and switching to hydroxycut after a bottle. I dunno, though. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe someone has some sort of "fat burner periodization" scheme that works for them or something?

Having problems with fat burners. Help
Your weakness, whatever it may be, is all in your mind. So is your strength.

But don't forget you're not going to lose fat at a continuous rate. As you lose weight, your body burns less calories through everyday movement and cardio since you need to move less mass around.
So either way you're going to burn fat a quicker rate initially, but the losses will slow down after time. Try a different fat burner (after cycling off for a bit if desired) and adjust your calorie intake to match your new maintenance levels.
