    Help how to keep track

    Hey. I am new to this and think i need to track what I am eating. Right now I just try to eat healthy. I don't eat junk or anything apart from the odd day. I also have protein daily.

    What is the best way to track your nutritional intake?
    any suggestions?

    If you have a smart phone, there are a lot of applications for calorie counting. My personal favorite is the Calorie Counter by Fat Secret. If not then definitely use www.livestrong.com
