intensity for cardio import. but what about timing?

we have 2 main types of cardio listed here:

    high intensity
-burns more calories throughout the day
    -short but sudden bursts
    -burns mainly glucose first
-some have lost muscle as well as fat but this could be actually water weight

    low intensity
    -long fast walk/jog
-immediately burns fat but lower amount of calories
    -good for holding muscles

at the moment if one is in a calorie deficit looking to build muscle while still cutting on fat,
5 workouts a week, sat and sun 45 mins liss(low intensity cardio)) would it be better to do liss for 45 mins sat and sun or
after every workout do 10-15 mins of cardio?
if better to do cardio after workout what type would have better results with the goal of cutting fat but still gaining muscle? and how long should this be performed?

Your bullet points for the 2 forms of cardio really aren't very accurate at all.

Unless you're really overweight, I wouldn't even call a walk (regardless of clip) to be cardio ... that's just ambulation.

yea i agree with you not that accurate as i had to rush this but when im saying walk/jog im talking about 65-70% heart rate, so to some 4mph 3 incline might do this or simply a slow walk to overweights, depends on ones level of fitness
