    yeah I have a membership to a real gym but, I like lifting at home better, less people so I can concentrate.

    Max was 405 4 months ago, hoping to hit about 440 by the time I'm done with 20 reppers

    I weighed 197 this morning.

    Haha yeah, it does tire you out but, it's 95% mental.
    At rep 12 where I pause I was having a mental battle part of me was saying "Your crazy, rack the weight and just do a couple extra sets instead." Then the other part said "Are you a man or a vagina. Get the next eight reps, and finish your workout."

    soniamimpress... but don't count on building up your max with 20 reps squats. they are great for building up the size tohelp build the strength though. once you start doing some triples again your max will skyrocket. 440 should be easy once you get back into maximal weights
    "on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

    Yeah, I'm actually still doing semi-maximal weights just on front squats so, I'm hoping it won't be a huge transition back into it. Have you done the 20 rep program before?

    I got mod negged for an aas discussion. i've never done the program just randomly thrown into workouts and such as burnouts and sometimes for working sets. it builds up a lot of size but not much strength at all
