Anybody sub'd to this guy on youtube? hes got some pretty cool videos and i just discovered his channel a few days ago..he does seem to camp alot but he posts up some legit kd's...what do u guys think of him? should i change my style of play to his? if you dont like him which commentator is better? heres one of his videos if u are unaware
I dont sub people but i like alot of his videos. ANother one i like is Grizzz (sp) ..Saw a vid of him running and gunning with sniper on b/o and raped. like 57-9
he does have some good tips/tactics but my playstyle is more rush heavy so its hard to respect the guy that camps out in a building with a motion sensor, even if his goal is to get his k/d to 4.0
he seems more camp heavy in black ops

he makes a living posting vids for machinima and off of his channel.i dont know how much he makes but in his vids he says its just enough to pay the bills..the more views his vids get the more $$ he makes...i think hes close to a 3 k/d
wings of redemptions vids can be pretty informative, but his accent and speech patterns are kind of annoying lol. Hard to listen to him straight for 7-10minutes

maybe im different but i love listening to him..his southern accent is pretty cool to listen to and i love hearing him bitch..my favorite vids are his LIVE commentaries.

He's ****. He's a camper. Also seananners is a camper. I'll have to check out xcalizorz if he is an objective player. I like SandyRavage's gameplay but not for domination he doesn't cap enough flags. Sandyravage is the best ffa or tdm player though followed by xJawz imo.

(no brag, but if thats what his ratio is i can only imagine what i can make off this)

hard to do now, the youtube call of duty mkt over saturated
you need to have a strong personality with some badass game play(like wings, people either hate him or love him)
if wings started today, he wouldnt make it, too many vids out by too many commentators

I would like to know also, mine was >3.3 in MW2, not camping (unless you define running around half the map camping, which some idiots do)
wingsofredemption is crap lol. He isnt even good at camping and talks like his highest level of education was passing the 8th grade. Hutch is much better.

he plays both ps3 and xb....his 3k/d was on black ops, his MW2 ws alot higher...having a high k/d alone will not make u famous... being a good commentator has more to do with fascinating gameplay, being able to explain things well to your viewers, and bringing something new to the table. try making ur own commentaries and send him a few of your videos and if you are lucky he may post yours as a guest gameplay to get u some subs..good luck

xcali is a good player but honestly how do you get that much out of his commentaries (mostly the live ones)? He's way too immature to be really informative.
xjawz is an awesome commentator and is probably the best on youtube IMO. He's young but he acts much older and composes himself extremely well on his commentaries.
Sam5000i is extremely underrated and is VERY helpful.

Agreed, other than the thing about Sandy not playing the objective. He puts up insane air support so his team can cap without a problem, which is obviously indirectly helping them cap. He'll cap flags if he needs to but he usually doesn't because he puts up 2-3 AC130's in a game and spawn rapes the other team.

Agreed. Though Wings is still my favourite because he single handedly helped me get better at the game and make me a smart player. Not to mention the guy pours content out, like 1-2 videos a day. Sandy hasn't posted any game play in a month and most commentators usualy do like 2-4 a week
I only watch xcal and markofj..xcal is just a great player+funny to listen too he's a lot like me when he rages..Markofj is the best commentator at COD

I love The Mark of J's playstyle a hell of a lot. He's also pretty hilarious in commentaries. For anyone subbed - "Let's go Cujo eat that ass up *barking*" he brings the lulz.

He does rush videos as well. Most of his vids are showing how to get a good score at the game and he does that holding down an area. You can call that camping if you want but I consider camping sitting in the corner waiting on someone to walk through a door and doing that same thing until you die. Not the same IMO.
Once I started to quit running around like a mad man and stay in an area with my team around me I actually started to have better games, which meant higher kill steaks, which turned into higher k/d.

yeah, i saw the vid where he was complaining how BO isnt as fun
its cause hes not as good without killstreaks building on each other
in mw2, you get your predator, harrier, then ac130 or CG
the designers specifically said that it would help cut out campers and thats what its done ^^^^
what ive taken from wings is strategy and setups(what i mean by this is to always try to have some cover in a gun fight instead of standing out in the open)

Not everyone (very few people) have the pure skill on the stick that Sandy Does. Sandy has great reaction times and also a great connection (often had host) to boot.
The average person cannot learn a single thing from Sandy, his videos are for pure entertainment (which isn't a bad thing at all).
Now you got Wings where the main point of his videos was to help people raise their k/d, w/l and turn them into better all round players through useful tips and effective play styles.
Both commentators are great at what they do imo
