    EC Stack Results

    Im going to be starting an EC stack on the 1st of January for 6 weeks. Im going to be taking 24mg of ephedrine hcl with 200mg of caffiene twice a day one at 7.30am then running and stretching in the morning for an hour before eating brekfast and again at 12 midday il be doing 5 days on 2 days off then repeating. I currently weigh 248lbs im 6ft3 around 18% BF and im looking to get down to around 10-12% and keep a weight of around 220-25lbs. I ordered my kazien ephedrine hcl from astro nutrition its 8mg tabs hense why im taking 24mg instead of a round 25mg!

    Diet includes 4-5 medium size meals a day consisting of around 400-500 calories sticking to lean proteins such as chicken breast/turkey mince/tuna, low GI carbs red potatoes/oats/wholegrain bread/long grain white rice/soreen/vegetables and for healthy fats eggs/nuts/olive oil aswell as a casien protein shake just before bed and a whey protein shake with dextrose/creatine/glutamine after my lifting sessions and whey and glutamine on its own for boxing/footwork/sprint sessions. Im a student so my budgets not massive which is why im keeping it basic. Supplements im taking ZMA, multivitamin, omega3 oil.

    My lifting days are going to be Monday (Chest/Core), Wednesday (Legs) and Friday (Back/Grip) also boxing Wed/Sunday and Sprint/Footwork on Saturday am. Im going to be foam rolling and stretching after every exercise session and doing contrast baths on wednesday and sunday. As I said before il be trying to go jogging/running for 30 minutes every morning upon wakening and then stretching and self massage using my intracell stick for myofascial release for 20-30 minutes.

    Im going to be weighing myself everyday and will be posting once/twice a week with all the results and how my trainings going maybe exactly what training im doing and just general results such as if im having any adverse effects! which i dont think will be a problem as im pretty tolerent to drugs/supplements.

    Yeah cheers CJWAV34, Iv read this before im going to see how this first six weeks goes and then maybe dose up but i mean if im not really getting any changes off just 2 a day il bump up to 3. Iv read a few results pages before wth people saying they got good results off only 25mg twice a day but ill keep you updated on here!

    Any of you guys done this stack before? what results did you get of what dosage?

    Right after a being a few days late due to a family meal i had to attened i have begun my ec stack today 03/01/11.

    Starting weight 242lbs, 20% Body fat.

    Took my first dose at 8 felt abit jittery and awake, went for a run for 25 minutes and my heart rate got upto 181bpm which at a 6mph pace is quite high, i didnt feel to bad though tbh i think it was slightly elevated by the cold air making my chest a little tight. I stretched off for around 30 minutes and massaged using the intracell stick, my HR remain around 130-50 during this time then as i showered it went down to around 80bpm which is higher than my regular resting HR of 56-61 but i didnt feel bad. I then ate 40g of oatmeal with skimmed milk and took a multivit, fish oil and glucosmine sulphate. 12 noon i had my second dose again felt a little jittery but not overly then an hour later i had a medium size tuna salad. Tea at 5 I had a chicken breast and vedge and a medium size red potato and another fish oil cap and feel fine no jitters, no hunger.

    About 20 minutes after each dose it made me need a number 2 bad! I dont know if this is the ec or just coincidence. Ive drank about 5ltrs of water today and 2 cups of green tea and plan to drink another 2-3 ltrs of water before bed. Im going to work out chest tonite, because im still home from uni so no proper gym sessions till next monday so im just going to be doing some circuits with dumbells/barbell/bodyweight for around 40 mins then take the dog for a walk for 20 mins while having a 40g protein shake then a 35g casien shake before bed.

    For the first day i feel its gone well no bad side effects. gonna try to go to bed tonight around 11pm so 11 hours since final dose for the day so sleeping shouldnt be a problem! Il be posting again on Wed/Thurs with the first few days weigh ins and update.

    Going well no jitters anymore, first day 9lbs gone but im guessing thats flushing weight from all the xmas weight when i came home from uni i was about 230lbs so its just balancing out. Im aiming for around 3-4lbs a week steady loss, diets keeping well mainly tuna salads, oatmeal. chicken breast and vegetables and protein shakes and bananas still getting around 2000 kcals a day. Im not really getting much appetite suppression but im just staying strong at the minute it will be easier when i get back to uni less temptation only healthy foods in! Workouts arent great at the minute running and stretching on a morning for around an hour then just home workouts on a night like i say no gym till monday when i get back to uni, Il hopefully be able to get hold of some accurate fatfold callipers when im back at uni maybe even get in the bodpod for some more detailed results. Il be posting again on sunday.

    Still feeling good, back at uni now so serious workouts can begin. Foods going well oats/eggs for breakfast usually tuna/salad or sandwich for lunch then chicken and vegetables for dinner ive cut down eating potatos/pasta and rice to portions 50-75g lunch time at the latest, ive been snacking on almonds/shakes/bananas(early for potassium) and cans of tuna. The weights coming off slowly which is a good sign and im starting to see a difference i think not so much normally but after a workout or if i tense up which just gives me extra motivation to carry on.

    Didnt take eph 14,15 and 16th back on it tommorow was waiting for the rest of my order to come through. Diets going well easy now past the urge stage, i had a treat on saturday night which was a large curry with naan bread so not to bad 2 chicken breasts, almonds and long grain white rice so still low gi carbs and I still woke up lighter. Trainings going well hitting it back hard big chest, legs, back sessions i wouldnt say weights improved dramatically but most of my lifts are just maintaining at the moment probably due to the reduction in calories and only recently starting to lift heavy again back from christmas but im feeling good and visable changes are alot more noticeable now which is a bonus.

    Looking at my first post saying i want to stay around 220 i think now im shooting for around 200 so on this stack hopefully looking to lose around another 25-26lbs which im estimating will take me around 2-3 months of steady weight loss, this may seem long but i want to keep my weights and performance up at what they are and get better so theres no point in me going for crash weight loss!     Ive been ill between the 17th-19th just with that general cold which makes exercise a chore! so weight went up abit but back down to losing now hopefully hit 220 by the end of next week! diets been going quite well im starting to pre make meals now and box them up in the fridge, great for convenience and keeping me on track so i dont have to eat poorly. Did 45 mins cardio last night another 30 mins on the cross trainer this morning and feeling good.

    Todays lifting im doing bench probs hit up 3x6 3x3 reps then 2xmax incline and max reps pushups for finisher and hit up about another 20 minutes on the cross trainer, doing legs tommorow pm 5x5 16 inch box squats 4x12 stiff leg deads and prbably some jumping split squats and sprints to finish. Gonna start doing more cardio get up on a morning and drag myself to the gym instead of just workoing out in my room cause its like a 3 miles round trip walk aswell.

    Im gonna be bumping up to 3 does's a day 7am,11am,2pm hopefully this will help the craving feelings im getting later on in the day but its still early enough not to affect my sleep so much. Il be posting again in about 3-4 days.

    :S No change the last 3 days!! weights tarting to fluctuate alot which is annoying but visually i still look like im getting leaner so i dont know whats up. Gonna try a day hit cardio very hard try nail about an hour am and pm to see what happenens then might try a 12 hour fast at the weekend while i sleep of course around 8 hours then not eat for like 4 hours once im up cause ive read a study saying ti can increase GH levels and help cut fat so il see how it goes. Diets going well hitting around 1800-2000 good calories a day maybe this is why my weights not changing is this to much for a 225lber on this weight loss? i used to eat around 3000 a day and i feel if i go below this 1800 il just feel dead and not want to hit the weights or cardio it just makes everything a little bit harder! you go any advice guys??

    Right well thats 5 weeks and i think im going to stop now so this is going to be my last post. All in all it went pretty well there was ups and downs sometimes i felt dead sometimes i felt like i had so much energy i was going to explode and sometimes i felt like both! weight that came off was deffinately fat clear visable changes im not saying i look amazing a super shredded but just have lost some fat and my lifts have pretty much maintained. If youve got any questions just stack em on here.

    EC Stack

    I'm on a cycle of EC Stack I take 1 aspirin thought for the second dose 125mg. It's crazy the energy I'm getting and I feel less bloated, I used the hotnfit directions it's working for me a few more days till I'm and Kaizen 3 ehedrine 8mg hcl and 200mg caffeine. I haven't had any problems with sleep I usually start feeling tired around 6 to 8 so it's good.
