Im going to be starting an EC stack on the 1st of January for 6 weeks. Im going to be taking 24mg of ephedrine hcl with 200mg of caffiene twice a day one at 7.30am then running and stretching in the morning for an hour before eating brekfast and again at 12 midday il be doing 5 days on 2 days off then repeating. I currently weigh 248lbs im 6ft3 around 18% BF and im looking to get down to around 10-12% and keep a weight of around 220-25lbs. I ordered my kazien ephedrine hcl from astro nutrition its 8mg tabs hense why im taking 24mg instead of a round 25mg!
Diet includes 4-5 medium size meals a day consisting of around 400-500 calories sticking to lean proteins such as chicken breast/turkey mince/tuna, low GI carbs red potatoes/oats/wholegrain bread/long grain white rice/soreen/vegetables and for healthy fats eggs/nuts/olive oil aswell as a casien protein shake just before bed and a whey protein shake with dextrose/creatine/glutamine after my lifting sessions and whey and glutamine on its own for boxing/footwork/sprint sessions. Im a student so my budgets not massive which is why im keeping it basic. Supplements im taking ZMA, multivitamin, omega3 oil.
My lifting days are going to be Monday (Chest/Core), Wednesday (Legs) and Friday (Back/Grip) also boxing Wed/Sunday and Sprint/Footwork on Saturday am. Im going to be foam rolling and stretching after every exercise session and doing contrast baths on wednesday and sunday. As I said before il be trying to go jogging/running for 30 minutes every morning upon wakening and then stretching and self massage using my intracell stick for myofascial release for 20-30 minutes.
Im going to be weighing myself everyday and will be posting once/twice a week with all the results and how my trainings going maybe exactly what training im doing and just general results such as if im having any adverse effects! which i dont think will be a problem as im pretty tolerent to drugs/supplements.
