I am 45 YO and have gone from 250lbs on 11/25/2008 to 165lbs about a year ago and have continued to be around 165lbs. I want to lose body fat and am having trouble doing this. I do cardio about 3 days a week and a little bit of weights. can anyone direct me to a good program i can follow to lose body fat.
