    Chin-ups fast or slow?

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but should one do chinups as quickly as possible, or slowly?

I've been searching online just to find contradicting information....

The key with all of your workouts is to lift "Explosively". Explode upwards, and slowly relax your arms on downwards.
