Ever eat so much sugar that your body goes into a state where you are massively craving it once you have had just a little bit?
I usually do not eat a lot of sugar but yesterday for christmas after one cookie it turned into an abundance of cookies, cakes, brownies, fudge, etc. I mean i couldnt resist.
I went to bed and I couldnt stop twitching..anyone else have this issue before?

It's kind of like like this.. First you smell it, then you see it, then you crave it, then you think to yourself 1 piece isn't gonna set me back. Then after that 1 piece, you continue digging deep for better excuses to go for more (Like it's Christmass), then you have some more and more and moree. Then you go to sleep.
You wake up the next day and think to yourself why?
That's why i like this quote: " Never regret anything, because at one time, that's exactly what you wanted."
It's all good man, we all get these cravings some days, espcially on a day when the family is cooking up a feast. Grub on, enjoy and move on with the schedule.F.C. Bayern Munich
