I'll rack my brain during work tonight for recipes, my friend. However, don't use the B&J's pint in a concoction...Cinnamon Buns is perfect in itself, and I think it should be enjoyed in no way other than it's original form
I grabbed the Cinnabon cereal instead of CTC or Cinnamon Cheerios because I felt it more fitting to the theme, which is "cinnamon roll/bun" as opposed to just cinnamon or cinnamon toast. But if it must be done, then Cinnamon Toast Crunch I shall get.

I'm also thinking that perhaps I should've gotten the Cinnabon bars instead of the Pop Tarts? Nah, I probably made the right choice.

I agree...the B&J Cinnamon Buns is incredible. I was planning to use no more than 1 serving, though, to top whatever creation I make. I would never incorporate it into anything else...no way. It will sit on top, in all its glory.

Cinnamon Raisin French Toast and then use crushed up Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the batter ( to give it a crust)

Cinnamon Roll Sludge with CR 2.0, FF GY, FF Cream Cheese , SF/FF Pudding + Cinnamon,

Top french toast with Sludge and then add on BnJ Cinnamon Buns Ice Cream + Cinnabun Cereal = Profit.

I've looked through this thread as well as the Official Ultra Peptide 2.0 thread, but I want to go bigger. For example, multilayer baked french toast made with the Cinnabon bread and protein with Cinnamon Roll sludge in between, topped with the Cinnamon Buns ice cream, Cinnabon Cereal, and the Cinnamon Roll Pop Tarts and Cinnamon Roast Almonds (both frozen). But this isn't creative enough, in my opinion. Need ideas!!
French Toast w/ Cinnamon Sugar in the batter, cinnamon chips
Bake this for about 15 minutes at 350 with a brown sugar crumble on top and bottom, Pop tarts and Toaster Streudels layered in between as well
Then layer with CRS, XF sludge
Cinnamon Buns Ice Cream on top
Spread cinnamon sugar on top and serve with Cinnabon and CTC thrown about
    Lift, Eat, Sleep, Repeat

    read.

it is impossible for one to make profits off an isolate at the price that MGN is selling it for. aka, they are not incurring losses...they are simply not actually selling pure isolate. It's pretty much 100% that their isolate is laced with maltodextrin
Is there any cliffs to that thread? It has been removed.

I have never gotten any bad protein. Infact the opposite.
I think it tastes great, diverse flavor selection, great macros, mixibility, versatility, price value, etc.
Dont buy it i you dont want. No one is forcing you. Just letting others know who like it and want it.

That sure shows they are inspected and up to code.
If they were they would provide a COA about their protein which they do not even when their reps were asked, and to prove the labels are correct with each ingredient and amount.

    What about this one?

I have been getting the MGN American Isolate but my GF used the blends. Both of us love it and we're not having any different gains then usual (she was bulking and now dieting just fine).

Scivation on the other hand....I got some and made such a huge deal about how ****ty it was to bb.com that they paid for me to send it back and refunded me. Until the new scivation stuff comes out, steer clear, it tastes like pure ****.

Also according to the ATW owner, the guy who started MGN worked for ATW and left ATW to create MGN, and copied all their formulas/flavors ect.

Are you being serious? When I buy protein powder, I'm looking for protein and not dextrose/maltodextrin.

Well unless it's copious amounts of maltodextrin, then it's not too big of a deal. If you're concerned about quality, just use True Protein...you can choose the ingredients they put into your protein blend.

What would you consider copious amounts of maltodextrin? Once again, when I buy a protein powder, I'm not looking for a 1:1 ratio of protein and carbs.

There are many better options besides True Protein.

1:1 ratio is what I would consider copius amounts of malto. If it was about 26 g of protein per serving with about 1 or 2 g of carbs from malto, then that's really nothing.

I personally buy my protein from Muscle Feast.

Small traces of carbs, but it's rather good for the price.

I'm starting to think there just isn't something right about MGN

The label says 2g sugar, but the protein is legitimately sweeter than any food source I consume. There's gotta be something else in there unfortunately. I often look/feel pretty bloated after consuming it too... I imagine maybe there are unlisted sugar alcohols or something similar in the product.

So tempting to buy more though. It's a shame the best tasting protein has to be the cheapest.

1-2g is what's on the label; MGN does not meet label claims. Nobody would be b*tching if it only contained 1-2g of maltodextrin rather than in a ~1:1 ratio with protein.

Well, I just bought some xanthan gum and proceeded to make some interesting concoction. I used 1 cup FF CC, 50 g of chocolate whey protein, 32 g of natty peanut butter, 1/2 tsp xanthan, sweetner, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Mixed it all together...almost threw up. CC doesn't work too well I guess.

Oh ok. I didn't read the rest of the thread so assumed that it was only about 1-2 g of maltodextrin. Did not know it was that significant of a ratio.

I used about a 100-115g banana. I don't remember exactly, but all the bananas in the house have hovered around that weight this week. 125g would be fine though, can never have too much imo.

P.S. Add some banana extract in the fluff. You will certainly thank me.
