Cereal themes are not nearly as fun as they used to be. Back in my childhood days (it's upsetting that I'm old enough to where I can start sentences with that phrase), there were cereals to promote all sorts of cartoons and movies. I suppose it's not worth the effort to make limited-edition cereals anymore, but I'll always purchase whenever I see one on shelves. A few years ago I was ecstatic to get a box of...
Chad is still one of my favorite pro athletes ever. In addition to playing for the Bengals, the guy had some outrageous antics. His cereal should have been a lot crazier.
Righteous! That's a marvelous looking cake on the first attempt. You're a natural at all things sludge related.

Just put this in the fridge, can't wait to wake up. Not as runny as it looks
60g oats + 1 cup water, microwaved for 1:40
2 scoops Cellucor Cnc
26g Vi-Shape Sweet Cream (got it for free so why not, tastes good too)
somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 cup almond milk
115g frozen blueberries, already started to defrost a bit when I put it in the fridge
something like 72g protein, 9g fat, 15g fibre - 630 cals
For mixins I'll be adding some fresh strawberries and whatever else sounds good when I wake up

Lol @ those cereals. I've seen the scooby doo a few times.
@MulattoRance, that sweet potato sludge looks great. And you're still on spread, of course.

Anyone here used BSN's Syntha 6 for sludge? How does it mix up? Just bought myself a tub of the chocolate for the first time.

I didn't take a picture of it, but last night I had sludge made of:
Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter (38g, heated in the microwave for 45 seconds)
F@ge 0% Total (230g)
B0dytech Pro 24 Chocolate (30g)
Fresh blackberries (100g)
Honey (15g)
Delicious!

Sure! This is a variant of the base recipe BetterThanLife gave me for sludgecake:
-1 scoop whey (34g Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl)
-1 serving pancake mix (44g Hungry Jack)
-113g FF Cottage Cheese
-1 egg
-120g mashed banana
^mixed the above, then popped in the microwave for 60 seconds, threw on some cereal, and popped it in for another 60 sec. The outside was firm all around, but the middle was nice and gooey!Muscle & Magicka:
