I would say no. There are meant that eat multiple meals at different times of the day and there are others that IF.

Some just have higher caloric needs than others bud.

Haha yep, exactly what I've been doing man. Have you tried the 90 cal granola bars? If not, don't pick them up..they suck. I have been eyeing those Kashi chewy bars as a similar doughy mix-in though.

Not to mention the serving sizes are quite small for the crazy amount of calories contained in the bowl.

it's easy to make a good sized sludge bowl w/out having a massive amounts of calories. just have to be smart about the mixins.

One thing I love about having sludge as my last meal is that you can pretty much fill up the mix-ins to get yourself to whatever calorie level you need.

---> One thing I hate about having sludge as my last meal as that the above sometimes causes me to skimp on good, nutrient dense sources of carbs/fats earlier in the day in order to leave room for more mix-ins

Yeah potato camera on my mac isn't the greatest but it's quick and gets the job done. In the end, picture aesthetics aren't a huge deal to me. Make it, take a pic, post, and eat. Can't be bothered with angles and lighting and all that crap. haha

Maybe you should invest in reading the MEN or the first post in the thread.

I came in to see sludge not loaves, or else i would post all my protein creations in here too and flood a storm.

like bread pudding with sludge, but its not really a "Sludge" per say due to it being a baked good

or using sludge as a filling for a baked good (Small Cookies and stuffed with sludge:

I mean I like you protein concoctions, I got most of my recipes from you so I wouldn't object to you posting them in here.

way to ignore the first half of the post regarding post #1 and the premise of the thread
A reason there is 170+ pages of sludge bowls and not loaves...

Nice way of explaining the loaf recipe since you quoted above that "you get most of the recipes from me" so i wonder where the credit was
