Not enough mix? Should I have added a liquid to bring it out a bit? Do I just have too much going on in there to notice the mix (I doubt this, given the craziness I see some of you guys posting)? Is my palette just insensitive? Is that a poor flavor of pudding mix?

    Thanks.
Hmmm, I use the white chocolate mix a lot, but it might have gotten a little suppressed with CnC protein and a chocolate mix in.

Also, I usually use 1 8g serving with 170-227g of FFGY, so it might have been overwhelmed in that regard too. I personally tend to use the white chocolate mix in a GY/CC sludge with either a cinnamon or vanilla protein powder, or in FFGY without any whey at all.

One of my go-to's, if I've got plenty of protein for the day and don't need any whey, is 1 cup FFGY, 1 tbsp pb, 8g white chocolate mix ---> fridge for 30-60min, and then add in pb Cheerios, Reese's Puffs, or PB Toast Crunch!

Actually sounds pretty freakin' tasty. Texture and taste are 50/50 for me so this would work perfect for me. I'm guessing you need a slightly more fluid-y sludge?

Yeah, a little bit more runny. I also semi-freeze mine to a slushie consistency, so it evens out.

Red velvet Overnight proats with wagon wheel, peanut butter crunch moon pie and mini butterfinger bite

Left it in fridge for 11 hours overnight, still seemed really watery when I woke up, and hasn't absorbed as much liquids as I though... Tasted ight though.

Baked oatmeal with scoop of ice cream, jam wagon wheel and caramel rocky

Personally prefer baked oatmeal more to overnight oats. Ends up like a gooey crumble/pie topping!

    I personally mix:
    100g oats
    300-400ml almond milk
4-5 tablespoons of sweetener, or until desired sweetness
2-3 tablespoons of mixed spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, and a few others, but cinnamon on its own would work) this is what gives it the pie taste

Bake for 20 minutes on 160 in the uk (not sure what that is in the states?)

Take out and add toppings/mixins. I like to dust it with a little bit more sweetener, just to slightly caramelise the top

Place back in oven for 5 minutes to allow mixins and toppings to melt.

That sounds.....different. But, that said, you're close to comp, so it's necessary as opposed to adding the extra Calories. I add nothing more than ~16oz water, a half teaspoon of guar gum and sometimes some sf jello pudding mix and that's only ~50kcals extra. I've got a standing smoothie mixer (think those milkshake mixers with the big metal cups) that I'll use to mix it all together, aerate the mixture and then let it set in the freezer for 40mins or so. It doesn't freeze, but it thickens -- to the point where if you hold it upside down, it will not spill out. The added fiber will give you some bloat, sure, and you'll fart like no tomorrow, but it's a billion times more satisfying that going in dry. Nobody likes going in dry..

It's actually really good. I've only tried chocolate and vanilla ON, but it's definitely my favorite of the 3.
