Haven't really had much room in my diet to make any decent sludges after a ridiculously heavy birthday weekend, but I'm back on the bull tonight.
2 scoops Shamrock Shake TruTein
1/4 pkg SF choco Jello
1 cup UVAB
sprinkle of guar gum
Stuck in freezer for 45 minutes
Then topped it off with
1 cup Chocolate Krave (on sale at rite-aid for $2.49 in New York)
1 cup Smorz
1 100cal klondike ice cream sammich
WF Chocolate syrupIIFYM Forever.

I just started making sludge with elite CnC casein (WOW!) but I am almost out. I see a lot of trutein on here, but is it thick enough? What is the best tasting, most versatile, and thick protein??
Been playing with shafts and balls since '75.

Chocolate Strawberry Protein Icecream
One of my favourite recipes to make for a low-calorie snack...
-3 small ice cubes
-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder(*I use designer whey french vanilla, best for this!)
-1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
-2.5-3 tbsp plain 0% greek yogurt
-1-1.5tsp sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix
-1/4-1/2 tsp xanthan gum (makes is a more creamy consistency)
-1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-stevia drops or another sweetener to taste
Blend it all up and spoon into a bowl, enjoy!
This has the consistency of soft serve ice cream and tastes awesome! Perfect for dessert, add whatever mix-ins you'd like. (coconut, chocolate chips, fruit, nuts etc.)

I very often eat just plain cereal. No sludge, no milk. Cereal -> bowl -> spoon -> mouth.

Yup, not gonna say it's not dry, but I dunno, I enjoy it. I even remember as a kid when most breakfasts were cereal, about half the time I wouldn't put any milk in.
But in my adult days, I've done it with Kashi and more recently double chocolate Krave. Would enjoy anything though tbh.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
