Is it just me or does trutein cinnabun not "fluff" well enough?
I tried it out today.. 1/4 NF Milk + 50g frozen berries + 25g Trutein and wisked it all on high.
Turned out like soup.. /sadface
Or am I doing something wrong?

carb day sludge i just ate...
400 cal of mashed cooked and then cooled sweet potatoes
2 scoops dymatize elite xt chocolate protein
half cup vinegar (yes vinegar... it's the best almost no calorie healthy digestive friendly food additive you can imagine) mixed with tsp of vanilla extract poured in
scooped cold sweet potato sludge into five ice cream cones 20 cal each.
desert beyond desert. satisfying, full of vitamins and nutrients, protein, and complex starch. a healthy heaven. filling as f**k. the taste is almost like eating pure icing.
low carb sludge- always do flax meal, dymatize elite xt protein and something else maybe peanut butter or cream cheese. soy flour (only alittle! i know we're all soy fans here =) on occasion which isn't the best tasting but great for texture. and i always add alittle vinegar. of course.
the flax absorbs water like a sponge and makes for an extremely thick paste. not to mention all the fiber in the flax is insanely filling! Not a means to an end... the means are the end.
I eat most of my food and carbs at 1am right before I go to bed. I'm talking Thanksgiving dinner every day. I have bulked doing this, maintained, and yes lost weight also.

Stuff is freakin' AWESOME. Tastes sooo good. Way better than sludge imo.
For 2.5 cups of pudding (way more than a serving) it comes out to:
-64g protein
-50g carbs
-12g fat
A serving would pretty much be half of the above macros.
Now, you could cut the carbs in half by ~20g grams and the fat by ~10g-12g if you don't use muscle milk for the protein powder. But, the richness from the fat content of the muscle milk makes the protein pudding tastes very creamy and rich. And I like using muscle milk for this recipe because muscle milk is mostly casein protein and I eat this stuff at night. So it keeps you satiated while you sleep.
Try it out, lemme know how you like it. I used to eat the power protein pudding by MHP every night, but it's about $4 a can. This stuff tastes WAYYY better and is a lot cheaper.
Additionally, if you wanted to jack up the protein content in this recipe even more, remove the 8 oz of milk and and add in an additional 8 oz of liquid egg whites (16 oz liquid egg whites in total). Each cup of liquid egg whites is 24g of protein. Combined with a low carb, low fat protein powder (2 scoops) you could turn this recipe into about 80-90g of protein!
