    Pre-WO without creatine mono

    Looking for a pre-wo without creatine or at least without creatine mono. Reason is I switched from WF and GM to a AGST GT and just creatine mono and I notcied that after using it for 2 months I've been getting bad acne breakouts and It seemed to start around the time I switched to using creatine mono so i wanted to see if by stopping it would help clear it up. I'd go back to WF GM but I doesn't ship to canada from here anymore and I'm not going to order off another site. So i was just looking for some help in what i should try next to see if it really was the creatine mono causing my breakouts thx.

    highly doubt its the creatine... unless you get breakouts from eating too much steak too... I'd look at other things in life - like stress or similar factors before getting rid of creatine mono - its a solid, proven supp

    just a thought though... never heard of sides like that with creatine.
