    Why do people say you cant eat fast food?

    As long as it fits in your macros then how does it make a difference....Im sick of this nonsense...for me my macros i aim for are 210/315/77 p/c/f so about 2800kcals. So what does it make a difference if i get there eating junk or eating oats/pb/chicken....macros are macros...no? plz explain.

    Try eating fast food every day for a few weeks. Sure you'll gain\lose weight if you watch it properly but it'll screw over your arteries, stop blood from circulating properly, increase blood pressure, and increase your chances of a heart attack.

    How would you gain any weight...hmm? 2800kcals of pizza or 2800kcals of carrots is the same thing calorie wise. you might lose muscle from lack of needed protien but thats not cause fast food....

    Hes just saying that you could gain weight the same way with any food, as long as the calories are the same, and to a lesser extent, macros.

    But it might not be as 'healthy'
