CKD or TKD?

I have been doing a lot of research lately, and want to try one or the other....I know the answer to my next question is try one and see what happens, but i wanted to get some opinions....

The TKD may be a little easier to stick to, but the CKD seems like it might be more effective...

any thoughts?
