    Is Lean Ham a Good Source Of Protein.

    I love ham, But how is it compared to chicken/turkey in terms of macros?
    Original start weight Dec. 26th 2009: 349 3/4.
    Lowest weight in Mid-August 2011: 232 1/2. 117 Pounds Lost!
    Life got in the way...

    Restart weight 277. Gained back 45 :(.

    First Goal: 250 by Halloween!

    Google is your friend, there are way to many varities of lean ham to even give you a vague idea, go to any calorie calculating website and you will get a reasonable estimate.

    For meats, strictly from a macro standpoint (protein/fat/carbs) it's hard to beat lean turkey/chicken.

    That doesn't mean that other meats aren't good sources of protein.
