    Any overhead pressing movement.

DOn't neglect your medial and posterior heads though.

THe anterior head gets hit enough from chest day, and your overhead pressing, its the very reason why individuals have overdeveloped anterior heads that absolutly dominate the rest of the shoulder girdle, whcih can/will lead to injury.

for building I would agree with above posts, dumbell military press.

for shaping front delts, I found the best exercise is doing side lateral raises while sitting at approx 60 degrees on an incline bench.

    shaping?

shaping/defining. Presses, whether shoulder or chest are mass building exercises, lateral raises and dumbell flys which are different movements done with less weight are more defining and shaping exercises. IMO these exercises are the ones that build muscle striations

DB presses and bench press are the prime exercises for delts. But like someone mentiones if you do not work on middle and posterior delts you will not get the full effect.

Any pressing movements will build front delts

But for direct isolation use dumbell or cable front lateral raises.
