Question is for a friend of mine who is lactose intolerant. What protein powder would be ok for him? He was taking Syntha-6 before, but just realized his stomach problems have been coming from that. What are some good alternatives?
Thanks!

Whey isolates typically have very little lactose in them. Kaged Muscle isolate only has around 0.1g of lactose per serving. He can also look into vegan protein sources like Vega or SAN Raw Fusion.

Pure Isolates or a Vegan option
MAN Iso Protein, Blue Star ISO Smooth & MT Nitrotech Isolate are some solid options for Isolates that taste pretty great! And you can ofc get lactose free milk if in the US Fairlife is a lactose free milk with a higher protein content so they could simply drink that also just FYI Strained Yogurts real ones like Fa-ge are fairly low in lactose
SAN Raw Fusion both their powder in Banana Nut as well their Bars are both vegan and have no lactose they both taste great so just another good option-- Microwaves everyday crew --
