Taste: 8/10 I used more water than most people would, about 17-20oz and the flavor was very good. It wasn't to strong but still had a good fruit punch kick to it, for me it was just right but I haven't tried it with less water yet.
Only reason it didnt get a higher rating is because fruit punch isnt my favorite flavor however it was still very good and would not cause me to stray away from the product.
Focus: 9.5/10 The best focus I have had from a pre-workout in a while. I think it was from the 1,3 Dim but I could be wrong. Either way I was completely focused and not distracted at all...have not experienced that in a while so it was noticeably from the C4. Best part of the C4 in my opinion.
Energy: 8/10 The energy was smooth and not crazy. I only took one scoop so it might be different as you increase the dosage. Good amount of energy, and did not crash after so overall was very happy. Also I think 2 scoops would be the sweet spot but I have only had one workout with it so far.
Profile: 7/10 This is where it get a little disappointing for me. Having the ingredient 1,3 Dim in it disappoints me because I have not had good experiences from this over prolonged use. However the ingredient does work well for me if it is not overdosed and taken over a shorter period of time. As you could see C4 still gave me great focus, so I think if anyone has the same problem as me and still wants to try this I would definitely recommend it with the suggestion of keeping it at around 1-2 scoops and not using any other products with that ingredient in it.
Overall I was very happy with C4 as it gave me a noticeably better workout, so I would recommend anyone try this! Thanks again Mike hope this review was good.
