I want to look like you..
abdominal skin leftover
I've lost almost 30 pounds so far, and the skin in my middle is looking gross all of a sudden!! Anyone have this same issue, where the leftover skin is almost as bad looking as when it was filled with fat?
Anyone have any tips as to how to make it "go away" a little? Or do I just need to be patient and see how far it shrinks?
Let me be clear: I AM SO HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE LESS BELLY FAT!!! So, certainly not bitching!! LOL

Get back to this ↓
I have imperfect belly, upper arm, and upper thigh fat/skin. Not a big deal in the whole scheme of things. Muscles inside not perfect skin look better than just not perfect skin.

I definitely feel you on this! I'm in the same boat and have been told to keep pushing, incorporate more core abdominal work and keep the nutrition on point! Have faith and keep at it!!!!

Eight years ago I lost around 40 lbs and got down to about where I am now, and my skin bounced back perfectly. Over the years I stupidly gained back 20 lbs. After I lost it again this past spring/summer, it's left my stomach looking disgusting and deflated. If i pull my skin taut, you can see I actually have a four pack, but on its own, the loose skin looks awful. I honestly think it looks worse than when it was fat. Apparently there's a big difference between losing weight when you're 40 and losing weight when you're 47.

Congrats and keep at it. I 've got more loose skin than I would like right now though I've got it done in the past. Vitamin C is supposed to be good for producing collagen which helps to reduce the extra skin. I've had success in the past. Good luck!

Unfortunately you cannot do much in order to get rid of the lose skin without cosmetic surgery. Skin firming lotions, creams and oils might help a little as they keep skin hydrated.
What you can do is build more muscle mass which would support the lose skin and it would look far more even.
Cheer up, keep working hard, you will get to it.

I have the same issue, too. Best thing to do is to either build up more muscle in that area or lose more fat. Or both.
