    Nutrition Check, is this right?

This seems like an ass load of protein for such a small serving...did they mess up when listing this?

    Calories 410 Sodium 760 mg
    Total Fat 22 g Potassium 0 mg
    Saturated 6 g Total Carbs 39 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 2 g
    Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 1 g
    Trans 0 g Protein 38 g
    Cholesterol 40 mg

    6 pieces = 38g of protein?

This is those louisa toasted ravioli - sausage and cheese

    Sounds a little off.

    22 x 9 = 198
    37 x 4 = 148
    38 x 4 = 152

=498 if you do the math

Adding up the F/C/P, I am getting 506 calories, not 410, almost 100 calories off. But other than that, there isnt any true way of telling how much protein you are getting from these. It does sound high for ravioli, but isnt unreasonable.

If you are worried, I would eat food with less ingredients so you know more of what you are getting. Sausage and cheese ravioli = GFL (Good f-cking luck)

Yea, thanks for the responses guys.

I'm not really worried, but I wouldn't mind knowing how much protein is in there...38g just seemed incredibly high for such a small portion.
