    Question What if i dont drink enough water while on creatine?

    i was going to order some monohydrate creatine on this website then i though i already dont drink four litres of water a day i drink like 2l of milk in a day and some water but deff not 4 liters. so can i take creatine if i dont drink like 6 litres like they >??

    and if im on a budget should i get just regular creatine monohydrate or should i try jack3d or superpump?

    I believe the only thing that happens is you feel and look bloated. It's water weight so If you aren't getting enough water, you'll just feel bloated.

    Just get creatine mono. That is all you need. Why waste money for bullsh** flavored products when you have creatine mono which will do the same thing as any other creatine product or supplement with creatine in it?

    There is no taste to it. You mix it with water and drink it. You can take it whenever - taking it at any certain time will not make a difference. As long as it is 5g a day and you drink plenty of water, you will be fine.

    You have your supplements mixed up, creatine is straight creatine, SP250 and Jack3d are pre workouts that have small amounts of creatine in them, so you can take both if you wish to.

    If you don't drink enough water you'll cramp and it will probably not be good for your kidneys in the long run. I believe there have been a few extreme cases in which people have passed out.

    It doesn't really matter which creatine you buy. As long as its monohydrate it'll work fine, just get the best deal. There is also a creatine sticky in this forum which I recommend you read. Remember creatine won't do anything without a proper diet and workout.

    hey man im bulking and its semi dirty because i eat my moms home cooked meals which arent that bad but i dont feel like im eating enough and i only gained some weight when i went on a holiday and i didnt lift is it alright if i add in some protein shakes and on my weight lifting days i have been adding a 1000 calorie shake. and im doing ss to. so i think creatine will work with this right??
