    I do it occasionally, but I don't recommend it. Most times I get a small sprain in a muscle or something is when I do that.

    depends, I usually have a hard time eating when Im hungover and that could def play a big role in your workout. Also you might be dehydrated.

    Been there done that once.......in Las Vegas. Serious head pounding hangover after some late night drinking (only drink on vacation so tolerance sucks).

    Sucked it up and did back/bicep 1.5 hour workout........felt like sh*t.

    Went to the buffet......ate a big post work out meal......slept for 5 hours.

    It felt good not to puss out and miss my workout but talk about paying the piper.
