    Fix my arms!

    This is my current workout, and I'm making solid gains in everything, except for my arms. What would you guys change up?

    Push + abs
    Pull
    Legs + abs
    Off

    Abs:

    Decline Situps / leans
    Leg Lifts
    Ab Machine

    Push:

    Incline Press
    Dumbbell Bench Press
    Dips / Chest Flies
    Tricep Extensions


    Pull:

    Deadlift
    Pullups
    Lat Pulldown
    T-Bar Row
    Ez Bar Curls
    Shrugs
    Preacher Curls
    Hyper-Extensions


    Legs

    Squat
    SLDL
    Leg Extensions
    Calf Raises
    Dumbbell Overhead Press
    Lat Raises
    Bent over Lat Raises

    Sarcasm or broscience?

    Either way there is no scientific evidence that supports the claim that "squatting releases hormones that increases growth all over the body", like many teens on this forum claim.
