skinny-fat ectomorph with crappy genetics ... I have no muscle mass with 17%bf at 150lbs
1. Poor Endocrine Status (Overproduction of cortisol)
2. Weak Body Structure
3. Lack of work capacity (overtraining)
4. Lack of fast twitch muscle
5. High number of fat cells on abdomen and love handles
Muscle gain is difficult when recovering from life itself is difficult.
If i lose fat, i lose it first from my legs, arms and butt. If i bulk since i have tons of fat cells on my abdomen and love handles, even if i'm careful i get fat easily on those place. On top of that I don't gain muscle mass.

Your not doing it right, or maybe you are and you think changes are going to happen miraculously.
I will tell you this, if you do steroids, you will have made such a dumb decision. It sounds like your mentally weak and steroids are not for those type of people.

The problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. Same with me. I was skinny fat. Had huge love handles and moobs but no fat on legs or forearms. i'm indian so i have shiit genetics too. It takes me a while to gain weight and its easy for me to gain fat. Took me a few months of cutting/bulking but I'm getting there.
You count calories and everything? I say start getting 3-4k a day and bulk up. Afer bulking for a while then go on a cut. Then repeat. If you are lacking testosterone then go get ZMA or something similar to it. I'm sure there are alternatives to steroids but if you need to, then go for steroids.

what im planning to do is :
get smart lipo on abdomen and love handles, that way fat cells would be gone forever and will never come back .. even if i get fat i wont add much fat on those place and can easily cut and lose fat from those places super easy since there would be very little fat cells
lift weights for 1 year
no change ?
