    NO-XPLODE question

I recently started taking No-xplode. After a week of taking it I started getting chapped lips and skin below my lips started peeling a little and turning reddish. Are these regular symptoms from No-xplode? I try to drink as much water as i can but i dont know if im hydrating properly.

yes, taking no-xplode would require more water.

up that for a few weeks, and if it doesn't stop remove the noxplode and see if thats whats doing it.
I'm in for the rep trade... Jus' sayin'.

Yea, drink plenty of water -- I drink about 160 fluid oz. -- and use chapstick if you need to (duh, you already know that). But, I use this stuff called Aquaphor from Eucerin; it's the best dry skin/lip moisturizer I've ever used.

are you sure it's from the NO-Explode? I've been using that stuff for 3 weeks now and nothing like that has ever happened. Do you think you might be allergic to something that's in the powder?

Could be but it seems like the no-xplode is the nly thing that could be causing it.

I just started to think it was dehydration because my lips were really dry and the spots where its red are flaky.

I don't think it's the NE and if it is then you're probally having an allergic reaction.

I've taken NO-Xplode for a few months now. I went from 1 scoop daily to as many as 2 or 3 scoops a day.

So here are a few things I noticed-
    A) getting cut, very pleased- could be the suppliment or that I'm doing my own version of cross-fit to include 500 to a 1000 pushups in a routine

    B) skin peeling around my mouth, dry skin on my face, peeling ranges from severe to moderate.

Beliefs as to causes- caffeine, dehydration, lack of calories-
I have kept a food diary to record the amounts of calories, Protein, Fats, and CHOs. At one point on a low Carb, moderately fat diet and High protein diet, I was consuming less than 1,000 calories. The NO-xplode combined with the protein and fat (fuller feeling) acted as an appetite suppressant.

I also noticed a cramp in my right hand. Example- If I made a fist and squeezed and then relaxed, the area on the side of my hand below my pinky finger would contract and then release. This has gone away the more I go off the diet and into high calorie food.

I have a bout 1 week left of my last tub of NO and will stay off it for awhile. If the peeling goes away, I will let you know.

    Hope this helps-

Try to drink AT LEAST 1.2-1.5 gals of water when on any kind of NO or creatine product.

its probably the ingredients in the xplode, it even says in the bottle to drink extra water with it so maybe try that or if things get worse try stoping using it for a while and see if your symptoms go away

most pre's as well as creatine require you to be drinking more water. hydrate more and use chapstick

also, NO-xplode is absolute crap for what you're paying. there are much better alternatives

For those of you that are having this same issue or issues in general with taking this supplement, taper off for a week or two and see if you condition subsides. My roommate and I both took NO-explode and finished off both of our containers and neither one of us had any of those issues. Good luck, hope it gets better.
